WCT Land Sdn Bhd, the property development, management and investment arm of WCT Holdings Bhd, recently launched its Sapphire Paradigm condominium project, comprising the last parcel of land in its landmark Paradigm Integrated Commercial Development (PICD) in Petaling Jaya.
Comprising 229 units in a single 29-storey residential tower, the RM300mil project features connectivity to PICD and surrounding amenities, including Paradigm Mll Pealing Jaya, Kelana Jaya Medical Centre, Giant Kelana Jaya Mall, Kelana Jaya Recreation Park and Subang Golf Club, among others.
