It is perfect for the new generation of homebuyers and investors that enjoy new living concepts with unparalleled convenience of play, recreation and work within their doorstep,” said WCT Director (Sales and Marketing) Kim Neoh.

“Its build-then-sell approach addresses concerns over non-completion or delays, and appeals to those looking for completed properties. We are certain that the uniqueness of Sapphire Paradigm will appeal to all astute buyers, followed by more interest and purchases in the pipeline.”
