Enthused by the theme of a lively, bustling bazaar, executive chef of Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur Jean-Marc Veron has emblemised the experience of Ramadhan in Serena Brasserie with iconic food stalls with live action cuisines such as the carving stall of roasted whole kibas with garlic and thyme; chicken shawarma stall; grilled fish stall featuring ikan bakar delights; and Dusun Pahang which showcases the tropical fruits of Malaysia.
A diverse selection of buffet pleasures await to appease, with salad and appetiser stations of kerabu relishes, assortments of ulam kampung and jeruk; sashimi counter with an assortment of maki and California rolls; live pasta station; Asian delight corner with the likes of daging rendang tok and gulai ikan ikan tongkol; local desserts of assorted Malay kuih, pengat pisang and bubur pulut hitam; as well as the ABC stall with classic cendol delights.
From May 26 to 31 and June 21 to 24, the Bazaar Serena buffet is priced at RM148 nett per adult/RM78 nett per child of 5-11 years old; and RM178 nett per adult/RM98 per child from June 1 to 20.
