PRUdream Planner to Provide Tailored Protection Solutions


Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB) has revealed the PRUdream planner, the first of its kind interactive tool for agents to accurately assess the needs and financial priorities of their customers and provide them with tailored solutions.

PAMB has equipped its agents with this needs-based interactive app to make planning for life goals accessible for their customers while providing the agents with a new and innovative way to provide consultation with increased efficiency. With the multi-swipe, easy-to-navigate app, customer and agent will navigate a series of illustrated questions together.

Through this process, pertinent information is collected about the customer and his needs and financial priorities are assessed in relation to his life goals. Through PRUdream planner, the agent will then navigate PAMB’s wide selection of insurance solutions and provide tailored recommendations that fulfill his customer’s protection needs.
