CIMB Bank Bhd recently took home three awards in the Best Marketer in Customer Experience Marketing, Data & Tech, and Retail & Promotions Marketing categories at the inaugural Malaysian Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Awards.
Organised by The Marketing Magazine, a total of 30 awards were distributed in recognition of the efforts and contributions made by members of Malaysia’s marketing communications industry, raising the bar for impactful customer engagement benefiting clients and companies alike.
The awards were presented at the seventh annual Malaysian CMO conference, which was graced by Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo. Among all financial institutions nominated, CIMB Bank received the highest number of awards based on rigorous criteria which included, among others, business and case study results, along with other awards received for specific marketing initiatives.
