Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur invites you to embark on a culinary adventure with over 200 varieties of traditional Malay cuisines from the different states in Malaysia at the hotel’s The Big Apple Restaurant, which will be transformed into a giant bazaar especially for Ramadhan.
The highlight of the bazaar has got to be the special Kedah Claypot Fish Head Curry, lovingly prepared by the hotel’s Sous Chef, Chef Yusoff using his grandmother’s family recipe, which utilises only the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices.
Located around the restaurant are also individual stalls featuring special signature dishes, and in addition to the likes of Ikan Keli/Cencaru Bakar, Otak-otak Muar and Murtabak Istimewa, guests can also look forward to enjoying the Nasi Briyani Gam Batu Pahat. Specially prepared by Chef Yusoff, it will also be available for take-away at the stalls located at the lobby of the hotel, and comes in options of either chicken or lamb.
Berjaya Times Square Hotel’s Bazaar Ramadhan buffet starts on May 29, 2017 until June 22, 2017, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. It is priced at RM128 nett for adults, and RM58 for children in the first and fourth week and RM138 nett per adult and RM68 per child for the second and third week. Early bird vouchers are also available for purchase at RM100 nett for adults and RM50 for children.
Private Ramadhan buffets are also available during the festive period. Priced at RM118 nett per person with a guaranteed minimum of ten tables, guests will receive one complimentary table for every 10 confirmed tables. Packages are further available at RM148 nett per person for full-day meetings and RM158 nett per person for half-day meetings.
